Jennifer Pohlenz de Villareal produced this coffee on her farm La Chilana in El Triunfo in the Sierra Madre Occidental in Chiapas Mexico. Her family has been in coffee for over a century and they have been managing this current farm since 1978. They are deeply committed to taking care of the environment and growing coffee in a sustainable way. Roasted just into 2nd crack, this full-bodied coffee will have tasting notes of dark chocolate and caramelized sugar.
