Decaf Honduras
COCASAM (Cooperativa Cafetalera Sanmarqueña) was founded in 1988 by 16 small coffee producers in San Marcos de Colón, Honduras—one of the country’s earliest coffee-growing regions. Situated along the Botija ridge at elevations of 1,200–1,600 meters, the cooperative continues to honor traditional cultivation methods introduced by European immigrants in the 1800s.
Today, COCASAM is committed to producing high-quality coffee while protecting the environment and supporting the livelihoods of its farming families. This lot is 100% organic, shade-grown, and sun-dried.
Decaffeinated using the Swiss Water® Process, this coffee is completely chemical-free. The process uses pure water and carbon filtration to gently remove caffeine while preserving flavor, and is certified organic and Kosher.
