La Colina
La Colina
Nestled in the highlands of Antigua, Guatemala at 1,700 meters above sea level, La Colina—meaning “The Hill”—is a family farm rooted in perseverance and passion. Producer Antonio “Tony” Medina inherited the land from his father and planted his first coffee tree in 1991, fulfilling a lifelong dream of growing exceptional coffee. Today, the farm cultivates Caturra and Bourbon varieties, carefully grown and washed to showcase the distinctive character of the region. We've taken this beautiful Guatemalan coffee to a medium roast, bringing forward comforting notes of brown sugar and honey, complemented by the sweet, citrusy richness of orange marmalade. The result is a smooth, inviting cup with plenty of sweetness and just enough brightness to keep things interesting.
