Cold Brew

Step 1: We recommend a 1 to 5 coffee to water ratio. For instance, if you use 3 ounces of coffee (or 86g) we recommend using 15 ounces of fresh, filtered water (or 425ml). Note: This will result in a concentrate.

Step 2: Grind your coffee on a coarse grind setting.

Step 3: Mix ground coffee and room temp water together. You can use just about any type of container to brew the coffee in, just make sure it has a lid and is big enough to hold the amount you want to brew.

Step 4: Stick in the refrigerator for 14-18 hours.

Step 5: Pour the brewed coffee through a filter. Be creative! You could use your auto drip machine or pour over setup if available. Be patient as this step takes some time.

Step 6: The finished product will be a concentrate so make sure you dilute it 1 to 1 with water or milk. The concentrate will keep fresh for 7 days in the refrigerator.

Enjoy!
